From Northern Virginia:
| 1) |
Take I-95 South to exit 130 (Route 3 East to Fredericksburg). |
| 2) |
Route 3 becomes Blue and Gray Pkwy (Route 3 by-pass) shortly after passing under US Route 1. |

Exit Blue and Gray Pkwy at Route 2 and 17 South. Proceed along Route 2/17 until you come to the Bowman Center Industrial Park on your left. |

Turn left at the traffic light on to Joseph Mills Drive. Proceed to the third building on your right, just over the railroad tracks. |
